What would you eat with this?
Made a throw-shit-in-a-pot kinda meal. In a crockpot I threw in aromatic veggies with some beef bouillon, whole chicken thighs with some salt, spice, BBQ sauce, hot sauce, and a few cubes of pineapple.
We've had a lot of rice recently, so I'm trying to think of what else I can have with it. I'll do some sort of veggie and salad plus... maybe potato? I don't know!
What would you make with this protein?
