cramping after ovulation
i’ve been off bc for a couple months now and it’s definitely fucked w my body, i just ovulated 3 days ago and i’m CRAMPING and i’ve been super emotional for absolutely no reason this week. my bf and did have sex without knowing i was ovulating because again, bc messed with my body. i was 8 days late last month and like 6 days late in june so everything has been thrown off. if someone could help me understand why i’m cramping that would be great.
