Covid? Teeth?

Help! We’re 3 days away from my baby’s first birthday party and she woke up at 2 am with a fever. We’ve been giving her Advil but as it wears off she’s cranky and tired. She’s also drooling a bit more then usual. We’ve Covid tested and it was negative but we’ll test again to be sure. My other fear is that hand foot and mouth disease is going around where we live. What does it sound like to you guys? Could it just be teeth coming in? (She has 5 thru already and we had no trouble with any of those) HELP
