First prenatal appointment

I just had my first technical prenatal appointment with my doctor at 11.5 weeks. Had a quick one at 5 weeks to get bloodwork but that’s it. All she did today was take my bp and weigh me. That’s IT. She was basically running me out the door. Didn’t ask me about symptoms, didn’t give me ANY information about pregnancy safe foods, which medications I can and can’t take, etc. is that normal? I feel totally neglected. My TSH came back super low at my last visit and she just said repeat it in a month. Didn’t discuss any genetic screening or anything with me either. I feel so lost since this is my first pregnancy and she is not being helpful whatsoever. Won’t refer me to an OB until I’m 24 weeks either. Was anything else done at your early appointments or any info you were given?
