6 weeks pregnant and spotting!!!

This happened yesterday and today is this normal to have at 6 weeks! With my son I never spotted! I am worrying myself a lot! I had a ultrasound on Monday and I was 5 weeks 4 days! They only seen gestational sac and said it might be too early! But now I have this!
