Measuring behind

I had my first ultrasound today and am measuring 6 days behind. This is my first pregnancy and I’m feeling really anxious about it. Was able to see the embryo, and the technician said she “thinks” she saw the heartbeat but didn’t confirm. Feeling very discouraged. 😭
