when did you start your first period after having the baby. my bleeding stopped and now i’m 5 weeks pp and bleeding super heavy

I am 11 months pp and still did not get my period, I am breastfeeding. If you have a heavy bleeding and you suspect it might be not a period I would consider calling your doctor just in case…

It could still be your pp bleeding, with my first I bled the longest, it was on and off for 8 weeks pp, got period back between 9-10 months pp, second got period back between 10-11 months pp, and with my third I got my period back literally the day she turned 6 months. All three have been breastfed.

I didn’t get mine with my second until 7 months (breastfeeding) and about 8 weeks with my first (not breastfeeding) you can get it back at any time though

That’s prob your first period then. 
I have 5 kids and my first was 9months pp, second was 6 weeks pp, third and fourth 4 months pp. just had my 5th and I haven’t started mine yet.
