Baby last name

My boyfriend of almost 3 years left me while pregnant because I told him I wanted to give the baby my last name he said I don’t respect him because the baby isn’t getting his last name I do respect and love him and this is so hurtful am I wrong? We aren’t married and I honestly been feeling like he isn’t interested into me anymore before the break up just feel like this is his excuse to end things with me. I honestly can’t take anymore stress my blood pressure is already high and I’m on the edge of being high risk and this just did it for me . Am I wrong? Should I move on and be with someone else ? Is he taking it too far?
