COQ 10 for Male Fertility

My husband had a SA and it came back with 20 motility and 7mil in quantity. According to the doctor these numbers are low for conception. My husband started taking coq10 to increase these numbers and went in for another SA today. Has anyone else experienced this? Did Coq 10 help the sperm quality/quantity? Success stories are welcome.
