I’m (“only”) 30 and I am a school administrative assistant (nothing crazy lol). I didn’t go to college because I truly don’t have anything I’m passionate about and I like the school schedule. I feel trapped in this job because I’ve been doing it for 7 years, have a pension, sick and vaca time. I want to do something else (in an office) but work only 3 days a week year round.

Everyone tells me that I should never leave this job and I would be a fool to leave. I don’t get why…. Its not like I’m a teacher or a principal…
