Urgent Advice!!

I had babe 07/27. I had to have a c-section because of “failure to progress.” I started to bleed from my incision on Saturday 08/20. It was very little, but I also had some redness, so I went to the ER. I was told it was a yeast infection & I was irritated from itching. I was prescribed a medicated ointment & it has been helping with the itchiness & redness, but I am still bleeding. there is a very small hole on my incision. My Husband said it looks like it is maybe a couple millimeters, but it’s making me nervous. Has this happened to anyone & do you have any advice?
