Tea 🍵 and pregnancy?

New here to pregnancy and I love my tea but I’ve been hearing that some teas are bad for baby. Which teas are good and will help me in the long run? And which teas are good in general?

I'm not sure where the other commenters' blanket recommendations against herbal teas are coming from. There are many herbs that are safe and beneficial for pregnancy, just double check before you buy. Rosemary Gladstar's book, herbal healing for women, has a whole pregnancy chapter that's very helpful. 
Nettles tea is very nourishing with iron and micronutrients and electrolytes. I make big jugs of nettles infusions and keep it cold in my fridge to sip on throughout the day. Starting in second trimester you can drink red raspberry tea, it has tons of micronutrients and also helps tone and strengthen the uterus for labor. 
Caffeinated teas are fine up to 200mg just like coffee, green tea being the most beneficial because of all the antioxidants.

Stay away from herbal teas but regular tea is fine in moderation. limit them tho as it can block your body from absorbing iron

As far as I know herbal teas are the ones you want to stay away from. Caffeine teas make sure you have only 200mg a day.
