Give and take

I don't know how to address a problem my husband and I are having. He doesn't seem to notice actually. He's constantly mentioning that I don't do blowjobs anymore. I've mentioned to him that I'm 10x more giving than he his when it comes to oral and I want it to be a little more give and take instead of me always giving. I can't remember the last time he's preformed oral on me. I'm the one that's well groomed. I'm the one that does it for more than a minute. He clearly doesn't like to do it. So if he doesn't like to do it. Why does he expect me to want to do it? I feel like I'm I'll continue to be on strike until he becomes a little more giving.
