Anyone else have neg FRER but pos Pegmate, CB, store cheapies ?

So I went to my fertility doctor to have a uterine biopsy and they asked me to take an ovulation test. By accident I grabbed one of my pregnancy strips it was positive so I continued to test for pregnancy and the lines kept getting darker. So I decided to get clear blue and first response Clear blue was positive but first response was negative both test and strips. I tried digital those were both negative. I am now a week and a half past my missed. Anyone have any suggestions as to what could be going on? I’m going to my OB/GYN tomorrow for blood work fingers crossed that this is real this time.
