How much more should I lose?
I’m a 5’6 female that used to have a semi athletic build. I had kids and gained a good 20-30lbs. I started at 135 pre kids in 2016 and now In 2022 I was 168-169 at my highest. I lost 10 lbs the last 2 months. So now I’m 157.
I look much better than before which I’m grateful for but my ideal goal is 145-150 area. I know that I’m considered overweight being 157. So what should a good goal weight be or am I cheating myself by saying 145?
