implantation cramping strength??

currently experiencing what I think are implantation cramps. how strong are they supposed to be?

One moment they’re somewhat similar to my period cramps (but not as long, maybe 1-2 mins) and the next they’re very light, almost like little bubbles. also definitely having some back cramping as well, also spotting a tiny bit but mostly nonexistent. Just curious what they’re supposed to feel like.
