Miscarrage

Im not sure if you put trigger warnings on here, but ill put one anyway graphic picture relating to miscarrage.

I was told I was 5 to 6 weeks pregnant estimated by my last period date when I miscarried I previously had a positive pregnancy test and i miscarried 3 days later. I know at this early point I shouldn't really have seen anything identifiable. But I passed a tube that was like rolled up hard skin with a clot attached to it (see below). To me it resembled a fetus. I'm not sure what I passed but I didn't feel a lot of pain. And I bled very lightly, I've had heavier periods. I'm just wondering what it was I passed if it was the umbilical cord or if something came out that wasn't supposed too. Prior to the bleeding starting I had moderate pain down my left side. When I did bleed the pain was very mild. I'm just wondering if anyone knows what it is.
