Miscarriage? TRIGGER WARNING GRAPHIC IMAGES

hey guys I just need some help figuring this out. so my period was about a week and a half late and I was having really sore tender breasts and some weird acid reflux things. but about two days ago I started what I thought was a period but ended up being very clotted and heavy. I took a pregnancy test today and this is what I got is it possible that I am having a miscarriage? Also attached is a picture of one of the clients that I had in my pad.

Looks more like a decidual cast, not a miscarriage. If you were only a week late, you wouldn't see much of anything in a miscarriage, it would be the size of a poppy seed.

I would take a new test because that one looks bad but if it is positive it’s very possible it could be a miscarriage, good luck

The pregnancy test is invalid, I would also say that’s some residual tissue. So I would say not a miscarriage.
