Last blood test done my haemoglobin was 9 and Ferritin was 4.

Had another blood test 2 days ago and haemoglobin was 10 and Ferritin at 3.

Haemoglobin has gone up and Ferritin has gone down and the nurse on the phone seemed confused and couldn't tell me much and so I need to wait til Wednesday to see if I need an iron infusion. Has anybody had this before?

I've had iron infusions in a previous pregnancy but both Haemoglobin and Ferritin had dropped before I had them.
