14 vvfl digital negative

Dpo 15 bleeding not spotting but bright red to maroon heavy for me bleeding. Still vvfl almost not noticeable anymore.

DPO 17 bleeding stopped positive test

DPO 18 line slightly darker positive digital (beta hcg drawn) no results yet.

DPO 19 (today) line may be slightly darker and now having very dark brown discharge with stringy clots.

This is my 3rd pregnancy first was a partial molar and miscarried at 9 weeks. 2nd is now a very healthy 2.5year old. I’m having extreme nausea and fatigue and have since DPO 14. Mild cramping and back pain. Breast tenderness is gone. Very very emotional. Like feel like I’m on a rollercoaster. I didn’t have symptoms with my 1st at all, 2nd not until about 7-8 weeks. Anyone experienced slow line progression and not miscarry? I’m also concerned about ectopic pregnancy.
