Are evap lines this thick?

I know this is a big no no- this was about 30 minutes after I took the test. My son distracted me, BUT my evap lines are usually very thin compared to this. The only reason I tested is because I spotted yesterday which is abnormal for me and AF is due tomorrow. Has anyone experienced an evap line this thick? Thanks guys!
