Anyone get pregnant when you and/or your SO were under a LOT of stress?

Was pregnancy fine and healthy? Was baby healthy?

I have been having my health decline, (high risk cholestasis, precancerous cells in my pap,) my baby is 15wks gestational and gorgeously healthy.

I don't think I actually conceived during a high stress time. But I was extremely stressed and my husband and I were at odds during most my second pregnancy. I struggled to eat and to gain weight. I had to be sent for emergency scans because I wasn't gaining enough weight. But he was born healthy. Only a tiny bit smaller than my other babies (he was 7 lbs 2 oz and my other two were 7 lbs 12 oz and 7 lbs 13 oz.). 
I did end up with PPD for a year with my second son when I didn't have it for either of my nonstressful pregnancies. My pregnancy depression just ended up turning into ppd.

I got pregnant with my 2nd when my grandfather was diagnosed with cancer. He was more of a  father to me. We are very close. He passed away in front of me in hospice when I was 10 weeks pregnant. I was devastated. Still am. He only been gone since May. I’m now 27 weeks with a healthy baby girl. My pregnancy is going well

Yeah, with my first I got pregnant while going through a divorce (breakup sex one time; not trying) and I hadn’t slept <5hrs in months when I tested positive. 
With my second I was happily remarried and a lot more relaxed. It took us a long time to conceive even though we were trying (almost 6 months of consistent sex & tracking!)
