Too much milk

I know lots of people struggle with low supply but I tend to have the opposite situation. Baby is 8 days old and my supply came in 4 days ago. I am literally drowning my baby and they stop nursing in about 5 min but need lots of breaks because of the flow. So a 5min nurse tends to take like 20-30min overall. Even with baby pacing themselves there is undigested milk (and sometimes digested) exploding out of their nose and mouth. Poor kid drowns! Any recommendations to keep from drowning my kiddo but also still give them enough?

My previous BF journey included lots of over supply issues, fast nurser, fast forceful let down, baby reflux, milk EVERYWHERE, clogs and blebs..

Right now I have a hakaa on one boob because kiddo skipped a feed last night and I dont think they could nurse on both boobs with how full they are.
