So usually every night before I go to sleep I will get 2oz of breast milk in a bottle out the fridge as I don’t feel comfortable breastfeeding in the night, but this morning I tasted a bit of milk and it tasted like vomit but didn’t smell of anything it had only been out for 3 hours at room temperature, Does that mean my milk has gone bad? I had pumped before my daughter woke up so I gave her some of the milk had just pumped instead to be safe. I tried the milk I had just pumped and that tasted very sweet in comparison.

I tried looking online but I was a bit confused. Also sorry if this is a mess I’m still half awake haha.
