Do you count your spotting days before your heavy days as part of your period?
Just curious as to how people count their period days. I usually spot two days before I get a heavy flow. I don’t usually count those. I can spot one day, nothing for the next two and then get what I consider my full period. Wondering if other women do count them as part of their flow.
