Heart racing for no reason?

Has anyone else realized their heart will race for no apparent reason during pregnancy ?? I haven’t drank caffeine today so not sure why it would randomly be happening ?? Unfortunately I have massive anxiety about my health and heart so I’m like in a downward spiral currently

I’ve had more palpitations than ever in my life during this pregnancy (#3 for me).  My doctor says it’s normal because of the extra blood flow.  As long as your blood pressure isn’t very high or very low, it’s just part of pregnancy.

Yes heart palpitations! The worst, literally feel like I’m dying. I just make sure to sit down when I have them n take deep slow breaths
