Does anyone know what this could be?

I woke up with a sore throat and stuffy nose yesterday, and noticed that my right tonsil had a red lump-looking thing on it, as well as some white flake things? It’s just that tonsil, and I’m nervous it’s something sinister, but can’t get into anyone until Friday.
