Big situation

Hi everyone. I am needing some advice and please don’t judge me. I’m truly trying to get an understanding on things.

I am currently three months pregnant I’ve been talking to this guy since January and I’ve known him for actually seven years. We talked before but I cut things off when I found out that he was in a relationship. He reached out to me in January to see how I was doing and things kicked off from there. At the time he was in a relationship with the same girlfriend and he has a son Who is four. He told me that he was unhappy and their lease was about to end and he was about to break up with her. Unfortunately he kept feeding me lies and making it seem like he was done when truthfully they didn’t break up until May. Their lease is still on, they’re still living together,  he told me that he was going to tell her that we were together and that he was moving on.  it seems like he wants to keep me a secret when it comes to her and his family and he keeps saying that he will tell everyone but he hasn’t told them yet. I have another child by another man and I told my child’s father that I was in a relationship and he respected that so I don’t understand why can’t he tell his other child’s mother that he’s in a relationship. Can someone please help me on this. It’s bothering me so much to the point where I’m having panic attacks about it.
