boyfriend downloaded hookup app, didn’t make profile

my(20) boyfriend of 2 years (33) downloaded a dating app 2 months ago the day i left to go to new york. i found out yesterday because i checked his app store app history thing. i had a bad dream related to cheating the night before and something was telling me to check his app history. call me psychic (and psycho idc lol). anyway, i confronted him about it pretty calmly and he said before i left for vacation we were arguing pretty bad and he wanted to find a random hook up. we were arguing about me and his 3 year old sons relationship and how he expected so much from me when we aren’t married yet. i felt so pressured from him so soon and kind of resentful. anyway he was just acting so unnecessarily mean and rude the days before i left for new york. however he said as soon as he downloaded the app, he was like “wtf am i doing” and instantly deleted it. i forgave him but i’m just so conflicted on how to trust him again. in the beginning of our relationship, he had a history of talking to other women. so i wasn’t very surprised just super bummed. anyway, now i’m 3 months pregnant. i forgave him but i’m still hurt at his decision and intent to want to find a random hook up while i was gone on vacation. even tho he never went through with it, it still hurts a bit. like we go through a rough patch and the minute i’m gone he thinks “i want a random hook up, i’m gonna download an app. oh shoot this is wrong i’m gonna delete it now” i mean i verified that he never made a profile but still. now i’m preggers i have no clue how to feel. opinions?
