Progesterone help???

I'm 7w1d and at my appointment today they told me my progesterone levels are low and I need a prescription called 'First-progesterone vgs 200 mg vaginal suppository'? But apparently my medicaid won't cover it because it's 'not medically necessary' even though my pregnancy will fail without it and it's too expensive for out of pocket. Does anyone have any recommendations for programs that could help me get it discounted or is there any way to contest their refusal or any advice at all? I'm really worried and I don't want to lose this baby.
