Flutters?

I'm almost 12 weeks pregnant and I SWEAR I've been feeling flutters for the last few days. This is my second pregnancy. There is a possibility I'm almost 13 weeks, I had dating ultrasound super early in my pregnancy and it could have been wrong (I thought I was 8w4d and they said 7w4d) 
Is it possible I'm feeling the baby?!

Regardless of what pregnancy you're on, they're still too tiny at 12 weeks to feel them. They'd have to be strong enough to push the uterus into your abdominal wall to be able to feel them move.

Yes, this is m6 second baby and I can feel flutters from 12w  especially when I eat or drink something cold. At my dating scan baby was measuring a week ahead so it is a big baby.
