NO visitors after birth!

What are your thoughts? Who will be in the delivery room with you? Will you have visitors after?

This is my third baby and I want no extra people in the room. And I want absolutely no visitors after baby is born for at least the first 4 weeks.

With my first baby I had my mom, my husband, his mom, his moms girlfriend, and my husbands cousin (by accident) in the room. With my second I had my mom, husband, husbands mom, and my first born son in the room 😪

This time I want only my mom and husband in the delivery room! When we get home I want no one coming over. If your not bringing us food, or helping around the house I don’t need you there. I will be exhausted, bleeding, and don’t feel like playing host so people can pass my baby around like a toy.

I know my mother in law is not going to be happy about this and I honestly don’t care. I didn’t want her at either of my other births but allowed it because I was very young and honestly didn’t feel like fighting with her or my husband about it. I’m older now and I want all the smoke that comes along with this argument. 😈 I honestly can’t wait to tell her she won’t be there.

If you have a great MIL consider yourself lucky! Mine is from hell and I don’t feel sorry one bit!
