So I am currently 24 weeks with my second baby. She is setting extremely low. At my last ultrasound the tech even laughed off how low she is. My doctor said it’s perfectly fine and normal. All babies carry different. Well the past two days she has been so low that I feel as if she is crowning. My vagina is in so much pain it hurts to wipe when I pee. When I poop I literally feel like I’m pushing her out. I was in labor and delivery two weeks ago because of cramping. I was cramping so bad that when hooked up to a monitor it was reading as small contractions. I was severely dehydrated because I still have morning sickness. Is it normal for me to be in this much pain or should I call the doctor? I can barely walk or sit comfortably.
