Clogged duct

I think I have a clogged duct in my left boob. I felt some discomfort yesterday but went away after I nursed my son. When I got up at 3:15 I started feeling the discomfort (soreness/ tenderness) in the same exact spot. I double checked to see if I was getting milk after the feeding I pumped the left breast there's still milk coming out. Not a lot but I only pumped for 5 minutes to see if I'd get anything after the feeding. I've been trying to over compensate and have my son stay latched to that boob a lil longer. Im 4 m pp and never experienced something like this. Idk how to treat it quickly to prevent it from getting worse. My lo latches to the boob no problem.. only reason I think I got it is probably cause the last week he'll sometimes nurse on one boob for 5 mins and when I go to switch him to the other side he's full. The last couple days he's been eating fine at a minimum 5 minutes on each side in one feeding. I usually side lay feed him for his 6/ 7am feeding but tend to only give him the right boob for that one cause of how we're sleeping. I appreciate any help 😭
