Can anyone help?
My chart is crazy. Just trying to get an idea of when I ovulated and also how many of you ladies experience a dip before you ovulate? Also how much does an hour window effect temping? I try to be consistent but my job based on location so some days is earlier than others when I take my temp. Thanks!
