Labial adhesion

Moms. My daughter is 1 year old. Before 6 konths dhe doctors was looking around her vagina and told me for labial adhesion is closed. I used vaselin for her everything was ok. But her vagina it’s closd again. The doctor told me to use premarin cream estrogen. You have information if it’s safe for babies to use premarin. Please i need your answers. I’m worry about that situation. Thank you
