FTM - Braxton hicks / contractions
Hey,
I'm a first time mum currently 38 weeks 6 days. I think I've been experiencing BH for a few days as they have been on and off and manageable. With this said I want to use the contraction tracker on preparation for the proper ones. Just a quick one, how do you use it? I know that might sound daft but do you start the tracker as your belly tightens and then stop as it becomes softer again and keep repeating? TIA 😊
