Relationship ended after not wanting to clean

My bf broke up with me today because he didn’t think I was being supportive. We had gotten into a bit of an argument over cleaning. He was cleaning the messes he had mad over the week and I was on my phone. He told me I wasn’t being any help at all and I decided to leave because I wasn’t being helpful. Please keep in mind I clean the mess of 6 people at home and the last time I was cleaning his mess I found a receipt from Spencer’s he had bought a toy and gave it to another woman. I told him my reasoning and he felt like it was just a shitty excuse. He’s the type of messy to let it get disgusting not messy but DISGUSTING. Blown into tissues, water bottles full of his flem, McDonald’s bags on the floor, food wrappers too. I told him about certain things he leaves around the apartment are really disgusting and lazy but he doesn’t see it that way. So he ended our 2 year relationship. I still somehow feel like I’m in the wrong?
