Would this still be considered domestic violence

I met this guy in October 2021 and he starting choking me the first date without my permission and when I told him I have to go now he wouldn’t want to let me go. When I left he kept asking to see me next week. I ghosted him for a few months then saw he called me so it started up a whole other thing with him again. We must have seen each other about 5 times.

1. He has tried to prevent me from seeing others

Examples: “Do you really need to go home now?” and when I told him I was out with my dad and he gets all upset about it

2: tried to gaslight me

Example: when I asked him why did you choke me and he pretended not to understand then gave the excuse that he just assumed I liked it cause all the other girls he was with did

3. We made plans to get food together then he tricked me into going in his home with him and tried to have anal with me

4. Would constantly message me and get upset when I don’t message back

5. Physical assault

Example: when he choked me twice

I’m expecting some people would come in here victim blaming so just to be clear please be polite and not say anything rude or stupid like “why didn’t you just leave him?” “Just block him, gosh!” “You must like attention, don’t you!”
