I need help please…. psychological, advice, whatever 😅

I’ve had some funky stuff going on, though, so right now I have no idea who I am, what I’m doing, or if I’m even still pregnant 🙃🥹

So for a little history for anyone who wants to play doctor/detective/counselor/friend…

Got my first BFP 9/6/23 on FRER. A nice, pretty pink line. Not faint at all. According to my LMP, on this day I calculated that my due date would be 5/13/23. That would put me at 6w6d today, 9/23/22.

Over the weekend, I got paranoid about an hpt that was lighter than others after drinking a whole lot of fluids. I have since realized this was stupid, and have taken HPTs since that were nice and dark, even got a dye-stealer on FRER on 9/20.

The reason I TOOK a hpt on 9/20 was because I was having some light pink spotting. The spotting has continued and has varied between light pink and brown, and is a very small amount. Not really enough to wear a panty liner, primarily when I wipe. I may have passed two tiny clots.

On 9/21, I had my first hCG and progesterone level drawn. It resulted 9/22 with hCG at 1912 and progesterone 6.6. I knew the progesterone level was low.

Yesterday, 9/22 was my husband’s birthday. We spent a romantic evening in the ER because the spotting is nagging me and making me anxious (especially in addition to the low progesterone) because I’ve never had anything like this before. I argued with the doctor who didn’t think progesterone mattered, and made him prescribe me progesterone suppositories, and schedule me an ultrasound so I could at least rule out an ectopic. I wasn’t leaving that hospital without someone helping me.

So today I went and had a transvaginal ultrasound. They dated an intrauterine gestational sac at 5w1d and no yolk sac or definitive fetal pole was seen. They also noted that I have a 6-7 mm cyst on each ovary and that there was a thin layer of endocervical fluid. I had my second hCG & progesterone draw this morning, should result by tomorrow.

So my questions are…

1) Has anyone ever had a cyst rupture and that be the cause of your spotting? Did any tiny clots come with that ordeal?

2) Based on the date of my LMP shown below, when would I have ovulated to be measuring 5w1d but able to find out I was pregnant on 9/6?
