Fertility acupuncture experiences????

Would love to hear stories about your experiences. Did it help with stress and sleep? Did it help you relax? Did it help you conceive????? Please let me know!

I can’t recommend acupuncture more! I’ve been going for over two years now while TTC/going through various fertility treatments. 
I’ve tried two different acupuncturists and had very different experiences though. My suggestion would be to find an acupuncturist who has fertility experience or ask your Fertility Clinic or OB/GYN for suggestions. I went to a traditional, less fertility focused acupuncturist and did not like the experience or find it helpful. 
My acupuncturist who has a fertility background asks me about my cycle/monitoring results, adjusts my needles based on cycle/treatment timing, and suggests holistic ideas to help during treatment, like supplements brands, meditation via Circle + Bloom, etc. The biggest, most helpful outcome of acupuncture is relief from bloating during IVF. I do find this stress relieving too.

It’s very calming and it does help with stress and I do sleep much better. But, I have unexplained infertility have been doing acupuncture for 3 months going into my 4th with no pregnancy. Don’t know if that helps or not.
