Hi Salina. I’m sending you lots of love and support. Unexplained Infertility is beyond frustrating. My husband and I also have been diagnosed with unexplained infertility. We haven’t expanded our family yet, but here are tips/suggestions my doctor has shared with me. Unfortunately none of these suggestions will 100% be the key to making it work, but sharing in case this helps you. Also, I’ve found the book “It Starts With The Egg” helpful.

For my next round of IVF we will do it after 3 months of strictly following below and we’ll try “Down Regulation Protocol”. This will add one month of injections before we start retrieval injections and we hope it will help my eggs mature better to create embryos.

Female Supplements

CoQ10 300 mg 2x per day with meals

Melatonin 3mg before bed

Male Diet: Mediterranean diet with organic meats & veggies

Exercise: moderate level and regularly

Sleep: 6-8 hours

Acupuncture and meditation: I did acupuncture for over a year and really enjoyed it, but I’m taking a break now. I like the “Insight Timer” app for meditation and stretching
