7/8 DPO bleeding

I got my positive opk on 15th September, 1 app says I’m 7 DPO (says I ovulated on the 16th) the other says I’m 8 DPO. I had cramps on and off all yesterday morning. Me and hubby did the deed and then several hours later when I went for a wee before bed there was blood when I wiped. Is it possible that it’s implantation from the cramping in the morning or that I aggravated something and it made me bleed hours later? On cycle day 25 and Period isn’t due for another 6 days according to app
