stomach hardness on one side??

I’ve been TTC this month and i’m 11dpo today. i tested yesterday at 10dpo and got a negative but i still believe i could be pregnant.

i was checking my lower stomach yesterday by just feeling around it and noticed the left side of my stomach is harder than the right side of my stomach.

is that normal for women who could be in early pregnancy or is this another sign of something serious that could be causing what i think are pregnancy symptoms such as cramping and nausea??
