Best prenatal?

Just found out I’m pregnant yesterday and was wanting opinions on a good and affordable prenatal vitamin. I usually just take a women’s multi vitamin.

I love Ritual! It’s a subscription, so you don’t have to worry about running out. The ingredients are clean and the pills go down easy (a lot of prenatals are like freaking horse pills). The have a lemony flavor too, which is nice and soothing for those early pregnancy tummy woes. No fishy burps like other brands either. And I was able to tolerate them during the peak of my morning sickness (pro tip- take them at night!) too. Most prenatals are pretty similar… just make sure whatever you opt for contains methylfolate instead of folic acid (some women can’t break down folic acid and are unaware of this) and if you decide on a gummy, just be aware that they don’t contain iron, so you’ll have to supplement with an iron pill too!
