Mild Placenta Previa and Sex

So I have the most mild case of placenta previa. My OB is certain that it will resolve as pregnancy grows and this was almost about a month ago now. I asked if sex as ok, and she said as long as you’re super gentle you should be fine. I never had any crazy bleeding just dark brown discharge. My question is, for those that have a very mild case did you still do oral? From everything I read it says no orgasms at all. Here is the problem. I’m having a lot of sex dreams where I’m orgasming anyway…so I feel like I might as well do that and enjoy my hubby, right? This really sucks bc my drive is so freaking high with the pregnancy. It was so low with both of my boys. But with our daughter I want nothing but sex.
