28 weeks pregnant

Is anyone else feeling weak kicks at 28 weeks? Been going on for about a week now. A couple of weeks ago her kicks were so strong and I can still feel them but it’s a big difference. My boyfriend can’t feel them and he used to be able to ☹️ I’m guessing maybe she moved into a different spot? Or maybe it’s my anterior placenta? Idk. Should I call my OB? 😅
