I've had complete previa and been on pelvic rest since 19 weeks. I had an ultrasound at 27 weeks that says it was still covered and overlapping by .6cm. I have had no complications or bleeding...until this morning. I went to the ER for bleeding and the Dr saw that my cervix is just very sensitive but fully closed. I just need to not strain at all. Tough with a 2yo lol So, I get an US because it's been since 27 weeks and I'm at 30 weeks now. The US showed that my previa is completely gone not just gone but my placenta has moved more than 3.5cm in 3 weeks! Completely out of the range of any birth complications. I'm beyond happy and excited to be avoiding a c section and having my baby at home like my other 2 kids! I went from being warned this morning that if I deliver early my baby would be flown to a hospital hours away and separated from me to not having previa anymore at all! I'm still on pelvic rest though lol Probably another 16 weeks or so of that to look forward to but all good news nonetheless.
