**TMI** Did your butthole change after birth?

**TMI** So apparently after birth your butthole is not the same . Some women said it “turns inside out” permanently.  Is this true for everyone or something , i did not know this 😳.

I've had 4 kids & mine hasn't changed at all. Never heard of this actually

Yep. Several severe permanent hemorrhoids that have to be surgically removed.

Turning inside out is called prolapse, and it can happen (it can happen to your vagina, uterus, and bladder as well) but minor prolapse is usually fixable with physical therapy. Severe prolapse may require corrective surgery but that’s very rare.

Hemorrhoids are common and prolapse can happen but neither are permanent…
I had neither happen. Nor did my sister. Nor did my mom.

I’ve had three vaginal births and my butthole is just fine. I’ve never heard of it “turning inside out”. I know some women get hemorrhoids when pregnant, but that never happened to me

Mine changed. Not inside out but whenever I pass gas I kinda get into front and then comes out. It's kinda gross but I learned to live with it.
