Does the name Tait/Tate sound to similar to taint?

My husband and I were talking about names, this is our 4th baby! All of our children have meaning behind their names rather than just picking a name because we liked it. My husband liked the name Tait/Tate (it's spelled both ways) but I told him I was not a fan it, it sounds way to close to TAINT in my opinion! We asked my husbands twin brother what he thought of the name because he can always be counted on for giving an honest opinion and he said the same thing! What are you thoughts!?
